Carl and Louise have been running Bestbind Family Flooring & Carpet Binding together since 2017, building it from the ground up into one of Staffordshire's most trusted flooring businesses.

Carl leads the fitting and installation side, bringing decades of hands-on experience to every job, while Lou looks after the customer experience, marketing, and the day-to-day running of the business. Between them they cover everything, from the first phone call to the finished floor.

Bestbind specialises in carpet fitting, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), stair runners, engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, and commercial flooring across Staffordshire and the surrounding areas. One of their most popular and genuinely unique services is carpet binding and whipping, carried out in-house at their Hixon workshop, where they also create bespoke handmade rugs and removable carpets for motorhomes and caravans.

You'll find the Bestbind showrooms at Amerton Farm, Stowe-by-Chartley, Stafford, ST18 0LA and 12 Stafford Street, Eccleshall, ST21 6BH where the team are on hand Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm, with samples, advice, and a genuinely friendly welcome.

Home appointments are also available seven days a week if you'd prefer them to bring the showroom to you.
