At Eden Healing Therapy I offer both face-to-face counselling sessions in Eccleshall, or online sessions for those who are further afield.

I work with young people aged 12 and above, as well as adults, supporting individuals through a range of life’s challenges. I specialise in mental wellbeing - such as anxiety and low mood - as well as grief and relationship difficulties.

Counselling offers a safe and supportive space where you can gain clarity, confidence and coping strategies in overcoming unwanted thoughts, difficult emotions and communication challenges.
